24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vyrant hosting. If you are not happy with your service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 24-hour window:

  • Contact our support team at support@vyrant.cc
  • Include your account email and server ID
  • Briefly explain your reason for refund (optional)
  • We will process your refund within 2 business days

Refunds After 24 Hours

After the initial 24-hour period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer partial refunds or service credits depending on:

  • Service issues or downtime caused by Vyrant
  • Technical problems with infrastructure or control panel
  • Unresolved support tickets after reasonable investigation

Refund requests more than 30 days after purchase will generally not be approved, as per our service agreement.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Refunds requested by customers banned for cracked servers or illegal activity
  • Service suspension due to non-payment (unless account is restored)
  • Customization or premium support services
  • Data loss not caused by Vyrant infrastructure failure

Refund Processing

Processing Time: 2-5 business days after approval

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.)

Partial Months: Partial month refunds are not provided. If you cancel mid-month, your account remains active until the end of your billing cycle.

Service Downgrades (Credit Toward Future Months)

If you wish to downgrade your server instead of requesting a full refund, we can apply a prorated credit toward your next month. For example, if you downgrade from a 16GB to an 8GB server on day 15 of your billing cycle, you receive a credit for the unused portion.
