1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Vyrant's Minecraft hosting services, you accept and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Vyrant provides DDoS-protected Minecraft server hosting with guaranteed vCore allocation, NVMe SSD storage, automatic backups, and access to our control panel. We operate data centers in Singapore and India with multiple upstream providers (GSL, NTT).
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or violating Mojang's EULA
- Cracked/unauthorized Minecraft servers
- Launching attacks on third-party infrastructure
- Distributing malware or phishing content
- Excessive resource usage that impacts other customers
- Harassment or abuse of other players or staff
4. Uptime Guarantee & DDoS Protection
We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our infrastructure. This excludes scheduled maintenance (announced 72 hours in advance), customer-caused outages, and DDoS attacks exceeding 8Tbps capacity. We do not guarantee mitigation of all attacks— while our eBPF XDP protection filters most attacks at line rate, sophisticated or unprecedented attack vectors may still cause service interruptions. If uptime falls below 99.99% (excluding excluded events), you may receive service credit per our SLA.
5. Billing and Payment
Pricing: €1.25 per GB per month, billed monthly in advance.
Automatic Renewal: Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
Payment Methods: Credit/debit card via Stripe. We accept major payment methods.
Overdue Accounts: Servers are suspended after 7 days of non-payment and deleted after 30 days.
6. Resource Limits
Your vCore allocation is enforced by Pterodactyl at the container level. CPU usage beyond your allocated vCores will be throttled. Monthly bandwidth is unlimited, but excessive usage (>1TB/month) may trigger review.
7. Backups and Data Loss
While we provide automatic backups, you are responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical data. We are not liable for data loss due to: server crashes, plugin conflicts, player actions, or force majeure events. Restore requests are subject to backup availability.
8. Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:
- Violation of this agreement
- Non-payment of invoices
- Illegal activities
- Abuse of DDoS protection (weaponizing it against others)
- Excessive resource consumption
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyrant is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; lost profits; data loss; or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 3 months.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your service at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, your server is deleted after 30 days of retention.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or our Discord server.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our primary operations are based. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the relevant courts.
